Dreams_what do they mean??

Okkk... so here goes~ have you ever wondered what your dreams mean? I do all the time and I know I am not the only one since there's a book out there dedicated entirely to analyzing ones dreams. They say that dreams are a product of the unconscious mind _ that these things that manifest themselves in our brains while sleeping are actually our deepest desires.

I am the type of person who usually sleeps through the night. Once I'm out I am knocked out and I wake up for nothing, but last night was different. I woke up a couple times and quickly fell back to sleep but that is hardly the weird part. In each and everyone of my dreams the same person was the focus... Over and over in my dreams I was confronted with the presence of one of my ex boyfriends...and once by his current significant other. Now its been forever since the break up, since I've seen or spoken to him , and Since I've even thought of him ...so why is it he's popping up in my dreams? and it wasn't just last nights...its been a few over the past few weeks....but I need to know the significance before it kills me.

Another thing about dreAms I wonder that has no merit and makes no sense• but I think it would be interesting is.... If someone shows up in your personal dreams u show up in theirs as well... I don't know justt a thought.....Over & out
